Idabel Lake Resort is located 30 minutes
southeast of Kelowna & only 20 minutes from the Gem Lake
ski lift at Big White Mountain. Idabel Lake is a tranquil mountain
lake, set in a cluster of lakes, all within easy walking, biking
or cross-country skiing distance of the resort. Enjoy
one of 8 cottages or several lodge suites commanding a unique
position overlooking the lake.

The lodge is situated on the lake's edge with each suite offering
panoramic views of the lake and surrounding countryside. The
suites within the lodge have their own private balcomies, some
with a hot tub. These are no-smoking units. No pets allowed
in the lodge.

ensuite bedroom as well as a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully

and VCR. A patio door leads onto a private balcony with your own

Arlington Lake Suite
This is
an upstairs unit with spectacular views overlooking the lake,
dock and beach. There are 4 bedrooms - two with queen beds,
one with bunk beds and one with a pair of twin beds. The living
room has a TV & VCR and a door leading onto a private balcony.
There is one full bathroom plus a half bathroom. The fully equipped
kitchen offers fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, crockery,
cutlery and utensils. BBQ supplied. Sleeps up to 8.

Canyon Lake Suite
A three
bedroom suite with two bathrooms, full kitchen and living
room with TV, VCR and DVD.
The
kitchen has apartment sized appliances with a centre island.
Log posts and wood beams give this suite a ‘cottage’ appeal.
The electric wood stove sets the scene. A lovely large deck
overlooks the lake. BBQ supplied.

This is a
two bedroom end suite with lovely lake views. The living
room has a TV and propane fireplace. The open plan kitchen
has apartment sized appliances. There are two bathrooms. A
patio door leads onto the balcony overlooking the lake. BBQ
supplied.

The Duck Lake Suite
This
suite features
two bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a sofa daybed in the living room, fully
equipped kitchen and full bathroom. TV and VCR included. A
patio door leads from the living room onto a private
deck with a private hot tub and BBQ. Sleeps 6.
Bedding and towels are supplied in these suites.
Both units are no-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The pine-clad cottages which are at a higher elevation than
the lodge are built on the hillside overlooking the lake.
Although side by side, they offer privacy from each other.
Each has a huge picture window & balcony which is ideal
for relaxation & gorgeous views of the lake.

The cottages have an open plan loft bedroom area with one double
bed & two single beds. A sofa daybed is in the living room
downstairs with a small kitchen adjoining complete with fridge,
stove, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & basic
cooking utensils. There is a shower room with shower stall,
toilet & washbasin. Bedding & towels are not supplied.
There are no televisions in the cottages. Pets are allowed.

Idabel
Lake Resort is a safe, family oriented resort with a totally relaxed
atmosphere.
Booking
and Cancellation Policy
For bookings we do request a minimum 2 night stay. In July and August
we rent by the week only, with the rentals from Sunday to Sunday. Check
in is after 4 pm and check out is by 10 am. We will consider other rental
periods subject to availability.
A
credit card number is required to secure your reservation. A 20% non-refundable
deposit will be taken on initial booking with the balance due on arrival.
We do however have a 30 day cancellation policy. If a cancellation is
made outside of the 30 days there will be no penalty and only the 20%
deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations within the 30 day period,
full payment is required unless the resort is able to re-book the accommodation.
